Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Glam Addict. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Orders are fully tracked and are aimed to be delivered within 10 working days. 

We curate and source the products on our site from manufacturers and/or suppliers all over the world. The manufacturer and /or supplier ships the item direct to the buyer, therefore processing times vary by item.

Handling Time/ cut off time: Most orders will be processed within 1-7 business days.

If the manufacturer and/or supplier is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping times will vary by item, dependent on manufacturer/supplier location. Most orders will be delivered within 30 days, although this is currently being impacted by the global Covid 19 pandemic.

Delivery to the USA is free, Europe and USA.

Delivery to the rest of the World is $15

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Glam Addict is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Glam Addict will solve any issues related to damage during transit. Please contact us at Glam Addict at info@theglamaddict.com. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To request a return, contact us at info@theglamaddict.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours (this may take up to 10 days to appear).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@theglamaddict.com. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theglamaddict.com to attain return address. All returns will need to be returned to the address provided to you via email. Buyer is responsible for shipping. All returns will be shipped to the USA. 

To return your product, you should contact us to at info@theglamaddict.com to attain return address. Returns will always be to a USA address.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
